Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order leaves our warehouse. If you only received an order confirmation email, your order may still be processing.

  • 1 Check your shipping confirmation email.
  • 2 Copy the tracking number exactly as shown.
  • 3 Paste it above and click Track Package.

When will tracking update?

Tracking FAQ

Tracking information may not appear immediately after shipment. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier system to update. If it still does not update after 3 business days, contact us with your order number.
For international shipments, tracking may pause while the package is in transit between facilities or waiting for customs processing. This does not always mean the package is lost.
The tracking page requires a carrier tracking number. Your MÆF order number and tracking number are different. The tracking number will be sent after your order ships.
Please check your mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, building reception, and nearby delivery areas first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will help you review the next steps.
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
