Our Promise
We want you to feel confident trying MAEF eyewear. If your order is not right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email support@maef.store with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Fee
A 2% return fee may apply in accordance with our store return rules.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a different color or style, contact us at support@maef.store. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
If an item is final sale, it will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.
