Where We Ship
MAEF currently ships to the United States and Canada. We are starting with these two markets so we can keep delivery expectations, tracking, and customer support clear.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launch periods or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United States: $5, free over $39. Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days.
Canada: $5, free over $39. Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues may extend delivery time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@maef.store as soon as possible. We can only update an address before the order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived after 20 business days from the shipping confirmation date, contact us at support@maef.store with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and work toward a practical solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
